Polishing vice with 2 brass claws, tightening from 14 - 34mm.
Manual use: the brass claws adjustment is made by clockwise turning the end cylinder; the item to polish is hold from the middle. Used by handling the hexagonal vice during the polishing.
Use on polishing motor arbour: first fix the piece to be polished on the brass claws, then fix the vice on the polishing motor arbour and tighten it with 2 screws using the provided hexagonal key.
The end cylinder is reamed to about 14mm, to fix the vice on the motor arbour. Optional reduction die is deliverable to fit the vice on 9mm motor axle.

The World’s First Digital Screen Polishing Bench
1. Turn on the machine with the main fused special switch which is located behind the machine.
2. Thanks to the resistive touch panel, all functions of the machine are clearly informed on the digital display. All functions of the machine can be easily followed on the digital screen.
3. The first touch keys on the right and left is to turn on the machine's led lights.
4. The right and left touch keys which is located next to led light keys activate the vacuum motors.
5. When you touch the main polishing motor key, motor starts to run at 300 rpm.
6. Once you touched the down and up keys at intervals, the speed of the motor gradually increases and decreases.
When you touch the odometer keys twice consecutively, the motor will goes up from 300 rpm to 1500 rpm. When it is touched again twice, it goes up from 1500 rpm to 3000 rpm.
Thanks to this function, it also reduces the motor rpm with the down arrow direction key.
